Stacy Corson
Stacy Corson is the developer and teacher of our NEW mommy and me sensory playgroup. She graduated from Wagner College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in special education/general education prek-6. She also has a master’s degree in literacy prek-12 from Kutztown University.
She taught first grade for 9 years in the Wilson school district before staying home when she had her first son at the end of 2022. Now she is developing and teaching the Little Roots Sensory Playgroup classes. She has two little boys now ages 1 and 3. She loves to be active and can be found playing with her boys, being outside, or reading a book.

Annie Jones
Miss Annie is a licensed occupational therapist with a passion for supporting infants and their families through early feeding challenges. She specializes in infant feeding therapy and is certified in specialized oral feeding for fragile infants method(soffi). Through a holistic family- centered approach she aims to help babies develop the skills they need for safe, effective, and enjoyable feeding—whether by breast, bottle, or transitioning to solids. She works closely with caregivers to foster positive feeding experiences and promote healthy development from the very start.
In addition to working with infants and their families Miss Annie works as a pediatric OT in our practice, working with children of various ages to navigate sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor, gross motor, in addition to other areas of occupation.

Melissa Medina
Melissa Medina joined Rooted in Wellness last year as our Parent Educational Coach specializing in assisting parents through the IEP (Individualized Education Plan) process.
Melissa has been a parent mentor in the field of special education for The Autism Community in Action for over a decade. She trained under renowned Special Education Attorney Peter Wright and is an active member of COPAA (Council of Parent Advocates & Attorneys).
Melissa’s most valued advocacy experience comes from being a mother to a special needs child and knowing just how overwhelming the special education process can be. Her goal is to provide parents with the knowledge and confidence to they need to successfully advocate for their child education.

Dr. Adrian Whitmoyer Danby
Dr. Adrian is our founder and lead pediatric OT here at Rooted In Wellness! She has 10 years of experience as a pediatric OT in all areas including early intervention, school based and outpatient pediatrics. Dr. Adrian’s experience and expertise include infant feeding and development, sensory processing and regulation, developmental delays, primitive reflex development and trauma informed care. Dr. Adrian enjoys using a holistic scope to encourage development for her clients. Her OT slogan is “If your kiddo doesn’t love coming here to play, then I’m not doing my job well!”. She utilizes fun and playful techniques, along side body work and body movements to encourage positive changes for the children she works with.
